Melissa Anne was named the 2013 South Carolina Young Careerist of the Year

MAC Receives State Award

Melissa Anne was named the 2013 South Carolina Young Careerist of the Year at the
SC Business & Professional Women’s Conference in Greenville, SC. After being nominated by her local Spartanburg Breakfast Chapter, she completed the rigorous process which included an application, individual interview, group interview, and presented a 4 minute speech at the conference chosen from a designated list of topics. Melissa Anne choose to address the question:

“What is an issue facing working women today, and what can BPW do to help?” 
Her speech was entitled “Passivity in Salary Negotiation” and can be seen here:

Along with this prestigious award, Melissa Anne has been voted President-Elect of her local Spartanburg Breakfast BPW Chapter for the 2013-2014 term. These are not only personal honors for MAC, but will allow Motivation & Achievement Concepts more access to information, resources, and organizations that will help provide even better service to our clients.
